If you wish to permanently delete your SmartFamilyPlanner account and associated personal data, you can request deletion directly from within the app or by email.
Delete Your Account in the App
Follow these steps:
- Open the SmartFamilyPlanner app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the account deletion.
Request Account and Data Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the SmartFamilyPlanner app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by sending an email to:
Please use the email address associated with your SmartFamilyPlanner account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject.
After verifying your request, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Data Deleted
When your account deletion is completed, we delete personal data associated with your account, including, where applicable:
- User profile
- Family planner data associated with your account
- Tasks
- Notes
- Reminders
- Family chat data associated with your account
- Firebase Authentication account
Data belonging to other users or family members will not be deleted solely because your account is deleted.
Data Retention
Your personal account data is retained while your account is active and as necessary to provide SmartFamilyPlanner services.
Once your verified deletion request is completed, your personal account data is permanently deleted, except for information that we are required or legally permitted to retain for applicable law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal purposes.
Any retained information will be kept only for the period necessary for that purpose.
